How to Make Chocolate Balls Tempe

Tools and Materials :- Tempe 1 kg - Water 50 ml - Water 350 ml - Cassava 100 grams - Chocolate bars, flavor according to taste 250 grams - Tool grinding - Appliance streamer
- Pan
- Vegetable oil 250ml - Pots - Sugar 100 gr - Salt to taste

How to make :- Peel the cassava and then wash thoroughly. Tempe Peel and cut banana leaf with a large size. 
- Pour 350 ml of water into the steamer tool and enter the cassava that has been washed into the appliance steamer and steam for 15 minutes. 
- After 15 minutes, remove from heat and transfer to a clean container. Then enter the tempeh that has been cut into the appliance steamer, and steam for 2-4 minutes. 
- After that, transfer the tempeh to the mortar and mash while hot until completely smooth. If it is smooth transfer to bowl. 
- Enter the cassava that had been boiled and mashed to a mortar until completely smooth, as smooth move into the basin that have been pounded tempe. 
- Mix the tempeh and cassava dough and shape into a ball-like balls, sized according to taste. - Heat the skillet containing 250 ml of oil and fry until golden browned (not too big stove). 
- Melt the chocolate bar with 50 ml of water, turn off the stove. Then enter the balls are fried tempeh. Then separate the tempe chocolate balls into the dish and then enter into the refrigerator. 
- Serve cold.
